Dr. Leija-Urrea practices in both English and Spanish. For many of her patients, that matters: hormone therapy, weight loss, and metabolic health are personal conversations, and the right words land differently in your first language. She wanted to make sure no one in Las Cruces gets second-tier care just because English is not their preferred language.

She and Dr. Rachelson met during their Family Medicine residency and built Fountain of Youth from a shared frustration: the gap between what patients actually need and what most clinics deliver. The answer was a physician-led practice where every plan starts with labs, not with a script.
