Not every patient is a candidate for every treatment. Eligibility for GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide), hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, PhysiQ 360 body contouring, or any other service is determined by our physicians after a clinical evaluation and review of your medical history, labs, and current medications. 4. Scheduling, Fees & Payments
Consultation bookings made through our Site or the Fresha platform are subject to the scheduling, payment, cancellation, and no-show policies in effect at the time of booking. Pricing displayed on the Site is a good-faith estimate and may change. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation based on the program selected.
5. Prescriptions & Compounded Medications
Any prescription medication provided through our clinic is dispensed or prescribed in accordance with New Mexico and federal law. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products; they may only be prescribed when clinically appropriate. You are responsible for following all medication instructions provided by our physicians and for disclosing all current medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions.
